Booking Terms and Conditions

• * Gift vouchers
• Must be paid in full before being issued and are valid for 12 month

• *Arrival and Departure times

Check in from 2.00pm to 4.30pm
Check out  by 11.00am   (Later checkout can be arranged by prior arrangement)

• *Deposits

To confirm your reservation we require a deposit of 50% of total room nights booked.

• *Cancellations

If cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival date 30% of all room nights booked will be charged.
If cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival date 50% of all room nights booked will be charged.
If cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival date 100% of all room nights booked will be charged.
As we only have the one suite, cancellations affect our business greatly. As most people book holidays in advance it is often difficult to replace a booking at late notice. Therefore this policy is strictly adhered to.
Bookings are not transferable.

• *Tax

All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax which is currently 15%

• *Smoking

In line with the New Zealand Government legislation the lodge, summerhouse and owner's accommodation are designated "NO SMOKING". Outdoor areas including the boat shed can be provided with an ashtray on request.
As we are a farmlet with animals and birds it is important that guests do not put out cigarettes on the ground risking fires.

• *Food and Beverages

Please notify us in advance of any special dietary requirements or preferences that you may have, we will endeavor to assist wherever possible.
